How long does shipping take?

Orders within the Tri-State area usually arrive within 1 business day. Standard U.S. shipping takes 2–5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery in Williamsburg and Monroe for orders placed before 4:00 PM.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Absolutely. You can choose "Pickup In-Store" at checkout. Please wait for your confirmation email before coming in.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase for unopened, unused items in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Can I return an opened item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

Yes, you can shop by kosher level—such as talk-only, talk + text, or talk-only with camera—from the main menu.
