All orders are processed promptly and shipped from our warehouse or store locations. Shipping times may vary based on product availability, delivery location, and selected shipping method. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Pickup In-Store

We offer convenient in-store pickup at our Brooklyn and Monroe, NY locations. Order will quickly be available for pickup. 

Same-Day Local Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery within Williamsburg and Monroe. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the following business day.

Shipping Times

  • Tri-State Area: 1 business day

  • Rest of the U.S.: 2–5 business days

  • International: We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple return process for qualifying items.

General Return Information

Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in brand-new condition with original packaging and accessories.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

Note: We do not accept returns on used items, opened packages, or items returned outside the eligible return window.
